Essential Qualification & Experience

Educational Requirement: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) is mandatory; Master of Laws (LL.M.) is preferred.
Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably with a strong focus on e-commerce laws, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory work.
Skill Set:
- Strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience in dynamic, high-growth environments—especially in e-commerce—is an advantage.
- Familiarity with current e-commerce and quick commerce business models in India will be considered a plus.
