Eligibility

Prior experience in banking and Real Estate due diligence.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.

Familiarity with RBI norms, Real Estate Laws, insolvency laws, and property compliances is an added advantage

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive due diligence on borrowers, collaterals, and transactions.
Review and analyse legal documents and title records.
Prepare detailed due diligence reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
