Eligibility

Candidate should have graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
Preference will be given candidate will LL.B. degree
Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills
Self-motivated and proactive approach.
Result orientated, committed and with strong sense of discipline

Responsibilities

Need to respond and support for all legal cases against the banks in hub.
Monitor all the customers vehicles and other assets and initiate legal proceedings for recovery of dues.
Need to ensure suitable legal action and other Proceedings are initiated for repossessing the asset & recover the outstanding dues after reviewing the NPA contracts with the SLC.
Need to monitor all statutory compliances licenses m the hub.
