About the Internship
Genesis Consulting is looking for a motivated Legal Trainee to join the Regulatory and Commercial team at Mumbai Office.
Eligibility
- Should be a law graduate / 0-1 PQE
- This would be a hybrid set up at our Mumbai HQ in BKC ( we are looking a candidate preferably based out of Mumbai)
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing regulatory and commercial documentation in healthcare and FMCG domains.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, licensing agreements, and collaboration contracts.
- Supporting the team on legal and compliance matters related to healthcare and FMCG projects.
- Conducting legal research on regulatory frameworks, industry guidelines, and emerging laws in healthcare and FMCG sectors.
- Assisting in due diligence exercises for partnerships, licensing, and M&A activities.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
