About the Internship

Genesis Consulting is looking for a motivated Legal Trainee to join the Regulatory and Commercial team at Mumbai Office.

Eligibility

Should be a law graduate / 0-1 PQE
This would be a hybrid set up at our Mumbai HQ in BKC ( we are looking a candidate preferably based out of Mumbai)

Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing regulatory and commercial documentation in healthcare and FMCG domains.
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, licensing agreements, and collaboration contracts.
Supporting the team on legal and compliance matters related to healthcare and FMCG projects.
Conducting legal research on regulatory frameworks, industry guidelines, and emerging laws in healthcare and FMCG sectors.
Assisting in due diligence exercises for partnerships, licensing, and M&A activities.
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
