The Fashion Entrepreneur Fund (FEF) is hiring a Senior Legal Associate.
Eligibility
- L.B. with 3–4 years of experience (law firm or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial & regulatory laws
- Excellent drafting, negotiation & transactional advisory skills
Responsibilities
- Lead legal support for strategic transactions, investments, M&A, and business structuring
- Draft & negotiate transaction documents (SSA, SHA, NDAs, MOUs, etc.)
- Conduct legal due diligence, and ensure compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, etc.
- Work closely with internal teams & external legal advisors for deal execution and post-deal integration
