Eligibility Criteria

Students pursuing LL.B. from a recognised law school

3rd-year and above law students eligible

Preferred: Prior relevant internship experience

Responsibilities

Legal research on commercial contracts and regulatory matters
Assist in contract drafting and negotiations
Support preparation, review, and management of commercial contracts
Maintain compliance trackers and monitor regulatory obligations
Assist in legal documentation and contract management processes
Manage legal repositories and records

Skills Required

Strong legal research and analytical skills
Good drafting and communication abilities
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Interest in corporate and commercial law
Proficiency in MS Office
Added advantage: Familiarity with legal research databases

Internship Details

Duration: 2 months, extendable based on performance

Stipend: As per industry norms

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
