Gautam Law Chamber is a dispute resolution-focused legal practice based in Nokha (Bikaner), Rajasthan. The Chamber is actively engaged in arbitration (including international arbitration), criminal litigation, and civil disputes. In collaboration with the Indo–U.S. Arbitration & Mediation Hub, the Chamber promotes structured mechanisms for both domestic and cross-border dispute resolution.

Position Overview:

Gautam Law Chamber has launched its Paid Internship Programme for law students seeking structured and practical exposure in dispute resolution and litigation practice. The programme is aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and real courtroom/arbitral practice through hands-on mentorship and live-case engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting substantive legal research in arbitration, criminal, and civil matters
  • Assisting in drafting pleadings, submissions, and legal documents
  • Supporting procedural analysis and case strategy discussions
  • Assisting in arbitration (including international arbitration) and litigation-related work
  • Working closely with the team on ongoing matters

Eligibility:

  • Students enrolled in the 3rd–5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme
  • Students enrolled in the 2nd–3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme
  • Demonstrated interest in litigation, arbitration, or dispute resolution
