Position Overview: Legal Intern

The company is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to provide support to its in-house legal team. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate legal work within a fast-paced commercial setting. It is ideally suited for candidates who are looking to transition from academic theory to practical corporate application. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, commercial agreements, and legal notices.

• Assisting with corporate compliance-related filings and maintaining statutory documentation.

• Conducting in-depth legal research on commercial laws and regulatory updates.

• Supporting the legal team in day-to-day administrative and corporate legal matters.

• Ensuring all documentation aligns with the company’s internal policies and legal standards.

Eligibility & Preferred Background

• Educational Background: Law students currently pursuing their LL.B. or recent law graduates.

• Core Competencies: A solid basic understanding of Corporate and Commercial Laws.

• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in legal drafting.

• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a structured professional environment.
