Position Overview
The firm is looking for dedicated Legal Interns to join their New Delhi office for a 4-week duration (extendable based on performance). This is a high-engagement role where interns are expected to move beyond administrative tasks and contribute directly to active litigation and corporate files.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: 5-year LL.B.: Students in their 4th or 5th year.

3-year LL.B.: Students in their 2nd or final year.

Skills: Strong legal research and drafting capabilities.

Excellent analytical skills for due diligence.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Litigation: Assisting in ongoing corporate, commercial, and white-collar crime cases.

Specialized Practice: Supporting matters related to the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Arbitration, and IPR issues.

Corporate/M&A: Assisting in M&A transactions, conducting due diligence, and reviewing documentation.

Drafting: Engaging in contract drafting and preparing legal research notes.

Court Attendance: Observing court proceedings to understand litigation strategy and judicial processes.

Advisory: Contributing to client advisory memos and regulatory documentation.

New Delhi (On-Site).
Stipend / Perks
