Position Overview
Schbang is looking to onboard a Legal Intern for its Legal & Compliance team in Mumbai. This in-house role is a high-impact opportunity to understand the legal backbone of a fast-paced creative agency, focusing on the intersection of technology, media, and law.
Roles and Responsibilities

Contract Management: Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Advertising Law: Researching compliance standards for digital marketing and creative campaigns.

Regulatory Compliance: Supporting the team in ensuring the company adheres to corporate and data privacy laws.

In-House Support: Gaining insight into the legal frameworks that support a large-scale media and tech business.
Eligibility

Education: Final-year LL.B. students (3-year or 5-year program).

Skills: Strong drafting, research, and analytical abilities.

Availability: Must be available for a full-time, six-month on-site engagement.
