About the Position
You will assist and support on matters involving:
- Drafting and reviewing transactional and investment-related agreements, including SAFE, Shareholders’ Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, and other corporate governance/compliance documentation.
- Coordinating and managing grant applications, including preparation and submissions.
- Preparation, review, and tracking of investor relations documents, equity paperwork, cap tables, etc.
- General contractual assistance, such as drafting, reviewing contracts, and conducting supporting due diligence.
Who Should Apply?
You have experience (or strong internship experience) in transactional / corporate law not just commercial contracts like NDAs and Service Agreements.
You have worked with US / International clients or cross-border documentation.
Interns are welcome if you have prior hands-on exposure to transactional drafting (through internships, cases, or projects). You will not be trained for this position. Please apply only if you can independently handle transactional contracts.
Candidates from LPO backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
Please do not apply if you have no exposure to corporate/transactional drafting.
If you only have experience with drafting and reviewiing commercial contracts like SaaS, Service Agreements, NDA, etc., please do not apply.
Work Details
This is a Remote part time job requiring 4 hours a day from 7 pm IST 11-11:30 PM IST. It shall expose you to working with high level US Transactions.
Stipend
Compensation/Stipend will be discussed based on experience and skill level.
