Position Overview
The organization is seeking a Project Coordinator for their “Enabling Access to Justice Phase II” project. This is a contractual role (March 2026 – January 2029) based in Delhi, requiring significant travel to project areas in Haryana and Bihar. The role focuses on community mobilization, socio-legal program management, and high-level stakeholder coordination.

Location: Delhi (with 10–12 days of travel per month to Karnal and Begusarai)

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Background in Law, Social Work, or related social sciences.

Experience: Experience in socio-legal programs or community mobilization.

Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, word processing, and analytical writing.

Attributes: Adaptable to diverse environments and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
Areas of Work & Responsibilities

Program Management: Facilitating empowerment programs for women and children.

Monitoring & Evaluation: Data collection and reporting for project course corrections.

Networking: Building relationships with government departments and media.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with Panchayats, Police, and DLSAs.

Field Supervision: Regular on-site supervision in Haryana and Bihar.
