Position Overview

The organization is seeking a Project Coordinator for their “Enabling Access to Justice Phase II” project. This is a contractual role (March 2026 – January 2029) based in Delhi, requiring significant travel to project areas in Haryana and Bihar. The role focuses on community mobilization, socio-legal program management, and high-level stakeholder coordination.

The Role at a Glance

  • Location: Delhi (with 10–12 days of travel per month to Karnal and Begusarai)

  • Duration: March 1, 2026 – January 31, 2029

  • Remuneration: Negotiable (Based on experience)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Background in Law, Social Work, or related social sciences.

  • Experience: Experience in socio-legal programs or community mobilization.

  • Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, word processing, and analytical writing.

  • Attributes: Adaptable to diverse environments and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Areas of Work & Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Facilitating empowerment programs for women and children.

  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Data collection and reporting for project course corrections.

  • Networking: Building relationships with government departments and media.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with Panchayats, Police, and DLSAs.

  • Field Supervision: Regular on-site supervision in Haryana and Bihar.
