Role Overview
VBS is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Lawyer for a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The role involves managing a broad range of real estate legal matters, including transaction handling, document drafting, contract review, legal due diligence, and client representation in negotiations and legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee real estate transactions

Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and legal documents

Conduct comprehensive due diligence and legal research on property-related issues

Advise clients on legal rights, compliance, and obligations

Represent clients in disputes, negotiations, and court proceedings

Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of real estate laws and legal procedures

Proven experience in contract drafting and legal documentation

Skilled in property research, due diligence, and compliance checks

Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution abilities

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting

Law degree from a recognized institution and valid license to practice law
