Role Overview

VBS is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Lawyer for a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The role involves managing a broad range of real estate legal matters, including transaction handling, document drafting, contract review, legal due diligence, and client representation in negotiations and legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee real estate transactions

• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and legal documents

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and legal research on property-related issues

• Advise clients on legal rights, compliance, and obligations

• Represent clients in disputes, negotiations, and court proceedings

• Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of real estate laws and legal procedures

• Proven experience in contract drafting and legal documentation

• Skilled in property research, due diligence, and compliance checks

• Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution abilities

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting

• Law degree from a recognized institution and valid license to practice law

• Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred
