Sagarmala Finance Corporation Limited is inviting applications for the position of Chief Manager (Legal). This is an excellent opportunity for experienced legal professionals with expertise in project financing, corporate law, and dispute resolution. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling legal documentation, due diligence, contract vetting, and representation in various courts and tribunals.

Age Limit

Applicants should not exceed 47 years of age as of the last date of application submission.

Essential Qualification and Experience

Candidates must possess a full-time Law degree (LL.B. – 3 years) with first division or equivalent CGPA, or a 5-year integrated Law degree from a recognized university with first division or equivalent CGPA.

Additionally, applicants must have at least 13 years of post-qualification executive experience and, if applying from a private organization, must have a current CTC of ₹16 Lakh per annum.

The role requires expertise in drafting, vetting, and executing legal documents related to project financing, conducting legal due diligence for loans and contracts, and having thorough knowledge of corporate and commercial laws. The candidate must have hands-on experience with DRT, Civil, Criminal Courts, NCLT proceedings, arbitration, and financial institution matters. Core competence in analyzing legal and security packages in project financing is essential.
