Role Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Legal Operations Specialist to join our dynamic global legal team. This role is perfect for early-career legal professionals who want to expand their in-house legal expertise and work at the intersection of law, HR, and international compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management

Draft, review, and revise standard legal documents including NDAs, employment contracts, vendor agreements, and amendments.
Employment Legal Support

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes across jurisdictions.

Ensure legal compliance in employee documentation globally.
Legal Research & Compliance

Conduct multi-jurisdictional legal research, prepare legal briefs, and develop country-specific playbooks and compliance notes.
Cross-Team Collaboration

Partner with departments across the organization to deliver legal guidance and support operational objectives.
Process Optimization

Contribute to developing templates, legal SOPs, and knowledge repositories for internal efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
-
Law degree (LLB/JD) from a recognized institution.

Bar-qualified in any jurisdiction.

2–3 years of experience in an in-house legal team.

Exposure to employment law, contracts, or global HR operations is a plus.

Language Requirements
