Rubrik is looking for a legal intern to join their dynamic team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with the in-house legal department of a leading technology company.
Eligibility Criteria

Students currently in their pre-final year of B.A. LL.B. or B.B.A. LL.B. programs

Interest or prior experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry is preferred
Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and support drafting work

Prepare and manage legal documentation on key issues

Review, draft, and revise NDAs and other agreements

Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to ongoing legal operations
