About the Event
The Sardar Dr. S.A. Raja Memorial Second National Level Moot Court Competition 2026 is designed as a premier national platform for law students to enhance and demonstrate their advocacy skills, legal research aptitude, and courtroom etiquette.
Objectives of the Competition:
- Encourage critical thinking and legal analysis
- Promote research excellence and persuasive advocacy
- Foster professionalism and ethical conduct
- Provide exposure to competitive court simulations
The competition will comprise Preliminary Rounds, Knockout Rounds, Semi-Finals, and a Final Round, evaluated by distinguished legal academicians and professionals.

- Dates: 26th – 28th March, 2026
- Mode: Offline (Physical Rounds)
- Venue: Joy University Campus

- Winner: ₹30,000/-
- Runner-Up: ₹18,000/-
- Best Memorial: ₹10,000/-
- Best Researcher: ₹5,000/-
- Best Speaker (Male): ₹5,000/-
- Best Speaker (Female): ₹5,000/-
- Certificates of Participation for all teams
Important Dates
- Last Date for Registration: 07th March, 2026
- Memorial Submission (Soft Copy): On or before 17th March, 2026
- Memorial Submission (Hard Copy): On or before 20th March, 2026

Miscellaneous
- Accommodation will be provided to outstation participants for the duration of the competition
- Students must be enrolled in a 3-Year LL.B. or 5-Year LL.B. programme
- Participating institutions must be recognised by the Bar Council of India
Registration Fees
- ₹3,500/- per team
Registration Process
- Teams must submit a duly filled registration form
- Registration fee must be paid as per the instructions in the brochure
- Confirmation of participation will be communicated after successful registration and fee payment
- Memorials must strictly comply with the rules and formatting guidelines provided in the brochure
- Soft and hard copies of memorials must be submitted within the prescribed timelines
