Job Description

As a Senior Compliance Officer, your core responsibility will be to facilitate the recovery of unclaimed investments for clients by ensuring complete legal and regulatory adherence. This includes coordinating with attorneys on legal matters, liaising with clients to collect necessary documentation, and drafting formal communications such as emails and applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and guiding team members, ensuring all compliance processes are followed accurately. The role also involves direct interaction with regulatory bodies to process files and address any related queries.
