Senior Legal Counsel – Talentmate (Maharashtra, India)

Oversee corporate governance and ensure regulatory compliance.

Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts and documents.

Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and external counsel interactions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.

• 8–10 years of post-qualification legal experience.

• Expertise in corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and regulatory law.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Membership in a state bar association.

• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
