About the Internship
Udaghosh Social Welfare Society is offering a remote internship for individuals interested in company secretarial practices and legal documentation. This one-month internship provides hands-on experience in corporate compliance and record management within a non-profit environment.
Key Responsibilities
Selected intern will be expected to:

Assist in understanding and handling company secretarial tasks and compliance procedures

Organize and maintain statutory records and legal documentation

Work closely with the Company Secretary to support timely filings, drafting of corporate resolutions, and document upkeep
Skills Required

Basic knowledge of accounting and document review
