Internship Overview
HighLevel is currently inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern – Vendor Contract Support. This is a remote, full-time internship designed to assist the legal team with contract management, vendor coordination, and compliance tasks related to a major marketing event.
Roles and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and revise various vendor agreements, including service, sponsorship, and confidentiality contracts

Conduct legal research on contract law and marketing compliance

Review speaker presentations and promotional materials for regulatory compliance

Support vendor communication and perform due diligence

Maintain contract databases and monitor critical timelines and deadlines

Collaborate with internal departments such as Procurement, Finance, and Marketing
Eligibility Criteria
-
Currently enrolled in an LL.B. program at a recognized institution

Demonstrated interest in corporate and contract law
-
Strong research, communication, and organizational skills
-
Ability to manage confidential information with care

Comfortable using Google Docs and related tools

Must have a stable internet connection and a secure computing setup
Stipend
The stipend/salary will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
