Position Overview

We are hiring a Legal Associate who is detail-driven and passionate about the intersection of law, blockchain, and emerging technologies. The role will involve handling a wide spectrum of legal tasks including contract drafting, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance within the dynamic crypto and blockchain industry.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth legal research on cryptocurrency and blockchain regulations, investment and banking laws, securities frameworks, and privacy compliance.

  • Interpret and apply evolving legal standards to ensure organizational compliance.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements, including service contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.

  • Prepare legal documents such as opinions, memoranda, and corporate resolutions.

  • Support internal teams—product, marketing, and compliance—with legal guidance.

  • Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies to address legal matters and compliance issues.

  • Stay current with regulatory developments in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and investment-related legislation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).

  • Strong grasp of securities laws, privacy legislation, and crypto-specific regulations.

  • Proven skills in legal analysis, research, drafting, and negotiation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.

  • Organized and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Ideally, 1+ year of experience in legal compliance in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial investment sectors.
