Position Overview
We are hiring a Legal Associate who is detail-driven and passionate about the intersection of law, blockchain, and emerging technologies. The role will involve handling a wide spectrum of legal tasks including contract drafting, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance within the dynamic crypto and blockchain industry.
Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth legal research on cryptocurrency and blockchain regulations, investment and banking laws, securities frameworks, and privacy compliance.

Interpret and apply evolving legal standards to ensure organizational compliance.

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements, including service contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.

Prepare legal documents such as opinions, memoranda, and corporate resolutions.

Support internal teams—product, marketing, and compliance—with legal guidance.

Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies to address legal matters and compliance issues.

Stay current with regulatory developments in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and investment-related legislation.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).

Strong grasp of securities laws, privacy legislation, and crypto-specific regulations.

Proven skills in legal analysis, research, drafting, and negotiation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.

Ideally, 1+ year of experience in legal compliance in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial investment sectors.
