Key Responsibilities

Assist in matters related to RERA litigation

Support real estate developers with RERA compliance processes, including project registration and related filings on the RERA portal

Provide assistance with tasks involving key land laws and their practical applications
Eligibility Criteria

Law graduates with 0–1 year of experience

Preference given to candidates who have studied Land Laws during their academic program

Basic understanding of legal principles and land law matters

Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
Required Skills

Strong drafting and legal writing abilities

Understanding of legal procedures and court or tribunal functioning

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research platforms such as SCC Online and Manupatra

Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to follow instructions, manage tasks under supervision, and meet deadlines
