Key Responsibilities
Legal Research & Policy Awareness

Conduct research on AI governance, data protection (GDPR, CCPA), IP, and technology compliance.

Track global regulatory changes impacting SaaS, fintech, and AI sectors.

Convert complex legal concepts into actionable insights for internal teams.
Contract Lifecycle Management

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, and partnership contracts.

Maintain a well-structured repository of contractual documents with proper version control.

Collaborate with business teams to ensure seamless and compliant deal execution.
Compliance & Regulatory Readiness

Support compliance audits, risk assessments, and data privacy initiatives.

Assist with filings, corporate governance documentation, and licensing requirements.

Help align internal processes with evolving laws like DPDPA and GDPR.
Special Projects & Legal Operations

Contribute to strategic legal initiatives impacting product, people, and partnerships.

Manage internal reporting, documentation, and legal knowledge bases.

Take ownership of ad hoc legal and operational assignments.
Who You Are
-
4th or Final Year student of BA.LLB/BBA.LLB/LLM from a reputed law school.

Strong legal research and drafting skills with an interest in technology law and corporate governance.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools like Google Suite or Notion.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and take responsibility.
Preferred Experience:

Prior internships with corporate law firms or in-house legal teams.

Exposure to technology contracts, data privacy, or intellectual property law.

Familiarity with startup, SaaS, or AI company environments is an added advantage.
