Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis on various areas of law, including blockchain, crypto, and web3 regulations.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Prepare court filings, assist during hearings, and maintain case files and databases.
Stay updated with domestic and international legal developments.

Learning Opportunities

Gain hands-on experience in legal research to support decision-making.

Develop skills in drafting diverse legal documents, such as complaints, petitions, agreements, terms of use, privacy policies, investment agreements, and more.

Assist in scheduling client meetings, interviews, and internal discussions for the legal team.
