Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various areas of law, including blockchain, crypto, and web3 regulations.

  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

  • Prepare court filings, assist during hearings, and maintain case files and databases.

  • Stay updated with domestic and international legal developments.

Learning Opportunities

  • Gain hands-on experience in legal research to support decision-making.

  • Develop skills in drafting diverse legal documents, such as complaints, petitions, agreements, terms of use, privacy policies, investment agreements, and more.

  • Assist in scheduling client meetings, interviews, and internal discussions for the legal team.

  • Manage professional communication, including emails and calls, while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Learn court filing procedures and case record management.
