Position Overview
We are offering an enriching legal internship position based at our office in Signature Tower, Lal Kothi, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The initial internship duration is one month, with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability. This is primarily an unpaid opportunity, however, exceptionally high-performing interns may be rewarded with a stipend. Interns will also receive an internship certificate and a Letter of Recommendation, depending on their contributions during the internship. This position is ideal for law students eager to gain practical experience in litigation and legal research while working with a professional and supportive team on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Interns will take on a variety of legal tasks aimed at enhancing both their knowledge and skill set. Responsibilities include conducting thorough legal research on contemporary legal issues, assisting with legal drafting, and analyzing case laws and legal documents. Interns will also participate in court visits, providing them with exposure to real-time litigation. Additionally, interns will support the legal team with case preparation activities. Computer proficiency is essential, particularly in legal research databases and office tools, as these skills are critical to executing tasks effectively. The role is designed to offer well-rounded, hands-on experience in legal practice.
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for candidates who are currently enrolled in a law degree program, whether at the undergraduate or postgraduate level. Applicants must demonstrate strong research, writing, and analytical abilities. Familiarity with legal databases such as SCC Online, Manupatra, or Indian Kanoon, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, is essential. The ideal candidate will show a keen interest in the legal profession, possess a positive attitude toward learning, and be committed to contributing to the team’s legal work. This internship is suited for those who are serious about pursuing a career in litigation or legal advisory services.
