About the Role

At Loker Law, we are dedicated to championing consumer rights, particularly for victims of identity theft and individuals facing inaccurate credit reporting. Your Key Contributions

We are seeking a paralegal who can efficiently support and enhance our litigation process. Our specialized practice has allowed us to develop proven templates to expedite case resolutions. Using Filevine, our client relationship management system, you will generate legal documents for service on defense counsel or filing in court, while maintaining accurate litigation calendars. You will also be a crucial point of contact for clients, keeping them informed, answering their questions, and assisting in gathering discovery information. This blend of technical skills and client interaction ensures we provide both efficient case management and a high standard of service.

This role is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a real difference while building your career.

Skills and Responsibilities

As part of your role, you will prepare a variety of legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings under the guidance of our attorneys. This includes complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Your responsibilities will also involve managing deadlines, ensuring proper document formatting, and handling sensitive information with discretion. By combining legal drafting skills with effective communication, you will help our team maintain the highest standards of professionalism and client care throughout every stage of the legal process.
