Your Key Responsibilities
Your daily work will involve supporting the digital transformation of the EMEA legal team by managing contract databases, uploading agreements, and ensuring proper record-keeping. You will assist with administrative logistics such as arranging couriers, coordinating signatures, working with notaries, and maintaining physical legal files. Under the guidance of legal counsels, you will help draft basic legal documents including contracts, amendments, and legal correspondence. You will also support litigation settlement processes, maintain project tracking spreadsheets, schedule meetings, and prepare presentation materials.
