Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our Real Estate Team in Bengaluru. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work closely on high-value property transactions, detailed title due diligence, and commercial dispute resolution matters. The position involves active client engagement, negotiation of agreements, and close collaboration with experienced professionals within the firm. It is ideal for lawyers who are eager to develop specialized expertise in real estate law while also gaining exposure to broader commercial legal issues. The role is both challenging and rewarding, offering growth in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be entrusted with conducting comprehensive real estate due diligence, preparing in-depth title verification reports, and drafting a variety of property-related agreements such as sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, and MoUs. You will assist in handling commercial litigation and dispute resolution related to real estate and contractual issues. Coordination with clients, counterparties, and local counsel will be a regular part of your responsibilities, ensuring seamless project execution. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct legal research, analyze precedents, and apply industry best practices to support both advisory and transactional assignments effectively.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a qualified LL.B. graduate from a recognized university with 1–2 years of relevant experience in real estate law. The ideal candidate should possess proven skills in due diligence, agreement drafting, and commercial litigation. Strong analytical ability, precise drafting, and thorough research capabilities are essential. The role requires someone who can work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong client management abilities, will be highly valued.
