Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and passionate legal professionals to join our team as Part-Time Legal Skills Mentors. In this role, you will conduct engaging, skill-focused live online sessions designed to prepare students for the realities of legal practice. Whether you are a practicing advocate, a law firm professional, or an in-house counsel, your expertise will help shape the careers of aspiring lawyers. The role is ideal for professionals who have always wanted to teach, mentor, and share their practical experiences with the next generation of legal minds.
Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Skills Mentor, you will:

Conduct 90-minute live online sessions in your area of expertise.

Share practical frameworks, case studies, and real-world legal insights.

Collaborate with our academic team to design and refine session materials.

Act as a role model and mentor, guiding students through the nuances of legal practice.
Your contributions will directly influence how our learners transition from theory to application, equipping them with the professional competence and confidence they need to succeed in diverse legal fields.

Availability to conduct sessions on weekdays (7:00–8:30 PM) or Sundays (11:00 AM–12:30 PM).
Our sessions require punctuality and consistency to ensure a high-quality learning experience for our students.
Compensation

₹2,500 – ₹5,000 per session, based on your experience and subject matter expertise.

Additional honorarium for assignment review, if undertaken.

For law firms/law offices: Access to 2 job or internship postings on Lawctopus (worth ₹40,000/year) if a minimum of 20 sessions are conducted in a year.
