Eligibility
This internship is open to final-year law students who are serious about pursuing a career in litigation and corporate law. Preference will be given to candidates who are based in Gurugram, considering the full-time in-office requirement. The ideal candidate should possess strong research skills, drafting abilities, and a disciplined approach to legal work. Candidates with a demonstrated interest in litigation, corporate laws, arbitration, or intellectual property rights will be given an edge. Since this is a long-term internship, the firm expects interns to be consistent, committed, and willing to take on responsibilities that go beyond routine academic work.
Role
As an intern, you will be actively involved in assisting the team with research, drafting, filings, and case preparation. Interns will work closely with senior lawyers and gain hands-on exposure to court proceedings, arbitration, NCLT matters, civil and criminal litigation, IPR disputes, and contract management assignments. The role involves preparing case notes, summarizing judgments, drafting legal documents, and assisting in procedural compliance for hearings. With daily office timings from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, interns will have the opportunity to experience the routine and discipline of professional legal practice. This role is designed to help you build practical skills, courtroom understanding, and professional confidence in litigation and corporate practice.
