Eligibility
- LL.B. / LL.M. with 5–12 years of experience
- Strong in contracts, compliance, and dispute management
- Background in EPC, consultancy, infrastructure, or renewable energy is a plus
- Excellent drafting, analytical & communication skills
Responsibilities
- Draft & negotiate contracts (EPC, consultancy, vendor, NDAs, RFPs, etc.)
- Ensure legal & regulatory compliance (Contract Act, environmental laws, etc.)
- Handle dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration
- Support land acquisition, licensing & project documentation
- Advise on governance, risk, and internal policies
