- Commercial Litigation Attorney — 2–4 years’ experience (Mumbai)
- Real Estate Transaction Attorney — 2–4 years’ experience (mumbai)
- Real Estate Litigation Attorney – 2-4 years’ experience (Pune)
- Commercial Transaction Attorney — 2–4 years’ experience (Mumbai)
Responsibilities
- Shape redevelopment agreements that impact entire neighborhoods
- Lead due diligence for landmark real estate and commercial projects
- Steer approvals through RERA, MCGM/PMC, and state corridors of power
- Advocate in litigation and arbitration where precedent meets progress
