About the Opportunity
We’re looking for Associate Trainees to join our Real Estate and IBC/NCLT Litigation teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Real estate transactions & advisory
- Insolvency matters under IBC
- Litigation before NCLT
- Support in real estate documentation, due diligence, and client advisory
- Asset in drafting, filing and managing IBC/NCLT matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
- Coordinate with clients, counsels, and the internal team
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates from reputed institutions
- Prior law firm experience is a plus
- Freshers welcome – if you’re eager to learn, we’re eager to train
