About the Job

Sanda Law Office is looking for a dedicated professional to join their Corporate Law team.

Eligibility

Experience: 1-2 years
Qualification: LL.B. from a top-tier law college
Experience in due diligence (listed and unlisted entities).
Exposure to M&A and private equity transactions.
Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents (term sheets, SPAS, SSAS, SHA, loan agreements, etc.).
Drafting legal opinions and corporate advisories.
(Preferred) Knowledge of matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code(IBC).

Responsibilities

In-depth knowledge of corporate laws including the Companies Act, Contract Act, Societies Act, FCRA, and FEMA regulations, with expertise in FDI, ODI, ECBs, and related transactions, compliance, and filings.
Working understanding of SEBl laws, including LODR, ICDR SAST, PIT, and other listing regulations.
Conducting board and shareholder meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring adherence to legal requirements
