About the Job
Sanda Law Office is looking for a dedicated professional to join their Corporate Law team.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Qualification: LL.B. from a top-tier law college
- Experience in due diligence (listed and unlisted entities).
- Exposure to M&A and private equity transactions.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents (term sheets, SPAS, SSAS, SHA, loan agreements, etc.).
- Drafting legal opinions and corporate advisories.
- (Preferred) Knowledge of matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code(IBC).
Responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of corporate laws including the Companies Act, Contract Act, Societies Act, FCRA, and FEMA regulations, with expertise in FDI, ODI, ECBs, and related transactions, compliance, and filings.
- Working understanding of SEBl laws, including LODR, ICDR SAST, PIT, and other listing regulations.
- Conducting board and shareholder meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring adherence to legal requirements
