In 2009, O.P. Jindal Global University began its first academic session with the establishment of India’s first global law school. Jindal Global Law School is committed to providing global legal education to its students. JGLS is inviting applications for the full-time faculty positions of Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor / Lecturer / Assistant Lecturer in Law, Legal Practice, and Allied Disciplines, in the following subject areas:
» Constitutional Law
» Jurisprudence
» Critical Legal Theory
» Psychology
» Criminology
» Economics
» Civil Procedure Code
» Drafting, Pleading and Conveyance
Note: For the subject areas of Jurisprudence and Critical Legal Theory, candidates with a PhD will be given preference.
Eligibility
Candidates must have a LL.M (or equivalent) degree from a reputed Higher Educational Institution. Applicants with a PhD, teaching experience, postdoctoral experience, international exposure, or experience in leading law firms or top litigation chambers will be preferred. A demonstrated record of, or potential for, high-quality research publications in reputable journals will also be preferred.
