About the Role
The firm is inviting applications for the position of Company Secretary (CS) Management Trainee. The trainee will work closely with the partners and team on corporate law, FEMA, insolvency and IPR-related assignments, gaining hands-on exposure to corporate compliance, transactions, and regulatory filings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in corporate law and FEMA compliance, including ROC and RBI-related filings.
- Supporting work on insolvency, valuation and IPR matters, including research, drafting and documentation.
- Preparing and vetting corporate documents, minutes, resolutions and related records under company law.
- Coordinating with clients, authorities and professional counterparts for ongoing assignments.
Eligibility
- Candidate must have cleared all Professional groups of the CS course (ICSI).
- Candidates willing to complete the full 21 months of CS training or seeking a switch for their remaining training period.
- Strong interest in corporate law, FEMA, insolvency and compliance work, with good drafting and communication skills.
Training Period and Stipend
- Training Period – Upto 21 months (as per CS training requirements)
- Stipend – INR 11,000 to 15,000 per month (offline, full-time role)
Mode and Place of Work
Mode: On-site, offline training at the firm’s office.
