is looking to recruit a Junior Associate to join its litigation team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a dedicated legal professional who is eager to handle diverse litigation matters, engage in courtroom advocacy, and manage client files under the guidance of senior partners.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have a valid LL.B. degree and be enrolled with the Bar Council.

• 0 to 2 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

• Proficiency in English and Tamil (both written and spoken) is essential for court practice in Chennai.

• Strong legal research, drafting skills, and a fundamental understanding of procedural laws (CPC, CrPC, and Evidence Act).

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

• Representing clients and appearing before the Madras High Court, City Civil Courts, and Small Causes Courts.

• Drafting pleadings, including plaints, written statements, affidavits, and various petitions.

• Conducting extensive legal research on civil, commercial, and property-related disputes.

• Briefing senior advocates and managing case files and court listings.
