Position Overview
The company is looking to recruit an Associate (Legal) to join its legal team. This role is designed for a legal professional capable of handling a high volume of commercial contracts and providing strategic legal support to various business units within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 0 – 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).

Specialization: Exposure to corporate law, commercial transactions, and contract management.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong foundational knowledge of IT laws and general commercial statutes.

Professionalism: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage global stakeholders.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, and vendor contracts.

Corporate Advisory: Providing legal guidance on risk mitigation and ensuring adherence to internal corporate policies.

Legal Research: Conducting research on international laws affecting global business operations.

Compliance: Assisting in regulatory filings and maintaining corporate legal records.
