Position Overview
The firm is looking to recruit a Legal Specialist to join their operations. This role is designed for legal professionals who can manage corporate and regulatory compliance within a global digital healthcare environment, ensuring ethical service delivery and robust governance.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
Specialization: Strong understanding of Indian legal and regulatory frameworks, corporate law, and labor laws.
Skills: Proficient in legal drafting, analytical thinking, and organizational management. Enrollment with the Bar Council of India is preferred.
Professionalism: Detail-oriented, capable of working independently in a remote setup, and skilled in managing statutory documentation.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and various legal documentation.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Indian corporate, labor, and regulatory laws; supporting internal governance and compliance frameworks.
Research & Audit: Supporting legal research, due diligence, and conducting compliance audits.
Dispute Resolution: Assisting in dispute resolution and coordinating with external counsel.
Administration: Maintaining legal records, filings, and statutory documentation; monitoring legal updates and assessing operational impact.
