Position Overview
The firm is looking to recruit a Litigation Associate for its New Delhi office. This role is designed for young legal professionals who are passionate about courtroom practice and are eager to handle diverse litigation matters, ranging from civil disputes to specialized recovery and arbitration cases.
Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 0–1 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). Freshers with strong internship experience in litigation are encouraged to apply.

Specialization: Interest and foundational knowledge in Civil Law, Property Law, Arbitration, and SARFAESI.

Skills: Proficiency in legal drafting (notices, petitions, applications), strong legal research capabilities, and effective communication skills for court appearances and briefings.

Professionalism: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Litigation: Drafting and filing petitions, legal notices, and miscellaneous applications before the High Court, District Courts, and Tribunals (DRT, NCLT, etc.).

Court Appearances: Attending hearings, seeking adjournments, and assisting senior counsel during arguments.

Research: Conducting extensive research on case law and statutes related to property, recovery, and commercial disputes.

Advisory: Assisting in the preparation of case strategies and providing legal opinions to clients.
