Position Overview
The office is inviting applications for the position of Junior Advocate / Associate. This role is tailored for early-career lawyers who are passionate about litigation and are looking to build a career in trial and appellate practice. The selected candidate will work closely with Mr. Martin on live cases, from the initial client briefing stage to courtroom representation.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Law Graduate (LL.B.).

Experience: 0–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE); freshers with strong internship backgrounds in litigation are encouraged to apply.

Skills: Excellent command over spoken and written English; proficiency in legal drafting and case law research.

Traits: Strong work ethic, ability to handle high-pressure environments, and a commitment to the legal profession.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Court Appearance: Accompanying and assisting the senior in various District Courts and the High Court of Delhi.

Drafting: Preparing comprehensive drafts for Writ Petitions, Suits, Complaints, Bail Applications, and Matrimonials.

Research: Conducting thorough research on procedural laws (CrPC, CPC) and substantive statutes.

Client Interaction: Handling client conferences, managing case files, and coordinating with court registries.
Location
New Delhi (Lajpat Nagar/South Delhi area).
