Position Overview

The organization is inviting applications for the Research & Scholarship Cohort 2026 as Fellows (Logicians). This fellowship is designed for those who wish to move beyond traditional internships and contribute to long-term scholarly work that bridges academic inquiry with practical legal challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Division I (Research): Conducting in-depth research on digital jurisprudence and interrogation of conventional legal paradigms.

  • Division II (Editorial): Assisting in the editorial process for the Legalis IP Blog and forthcoming journals.

  • Division III (Communications): Managing outreach and communications regarding scholarly contributions.

  • Scholarly Output: Producing original research and contributing to fast-track publications and policy strategy.

Eligibility

  • Target Group: Law students and early-career professionals interested in Intellectual Property and Technology Law.

  • Skills: High standards of analytical precision, uncompromising originality, and intellectual integrity.

  • Attributes: A keen interest in “The Logician Standard”—interrogating existing legal structures in the digital world.
