Position Overview

DS Legal is urgently seeking an

Associate with experience in Intellectual Property matters and Commercial Agreement Drafting to join its team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handling matters related to Intellectual Property law.
Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
Providing legal support in IP-related work and documentation.
Conducting legal research and assisting in advisory work.
Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in legal drafting.

Eligibility

1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Strong experience in Intellectual Property matters.
Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
Detail-oriented and analytical approach to legal work.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
