Position Overview
Elixir Legal is inviting applications for the position of Assessment Intern. This internship is designed for law students who wish to gain practical exposure to indirect taxation, legal drafting, and commercial litigation, while working in a professional legal environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Duration:
As per the candidate’s preferred internship dates (subject to the firm’s approval).
Education:
Final-year or penultimate-year LL.B. students from a recognized university.

Commitment:
Interns are expected to actively participate in assigned research and drafting tasks and maintain professionalism during the internship period.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting replies to Show Cause Notices, Appeals, Departmental Correspondences, Writ Petitions, and Legal Opinions
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis
- Preparing brief notes and case summaries
- Assisting the team in matters relating to indirect taxation and commercial transactions
- Attending departmental or court hearings, where feasible
