Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the Legal and Governance (L&G) leadership team with operational management.
- Lead the implementation of strategic plans and help achieve organisational objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within legal operations.
- Analyse management information and performance data to improve efficiency.
- Design and oversee a knowledge management framework for the Directorate.
- Optimise legal processes to improve quality, efficiency, and timeliness of legal services.
- Support the adoption and implementation of technology within legal operations.
Eligibility:
- Prior experience working in a regulatory environment in a management role.
- Experience in improving legal processes and operational efficiency.
- Experience in implementing technology solutions within legal settings is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and organisational skills.
Job Details:
Opportunity: Legal Operations Manager
Stipend/Remuneration: £58,700 – £69,059 per annum (depending on experience)
Mode: Hybrid
Location: United Kingdom (office attendance required 2 days per week)
